Yeah, what's up, what's up, what's up? It's Monday September 19th, 2022. Hope you had a wonderful weekend. Welcome to a new week. Welcome to a new show. It's first thing with Kevin Mano.

Some celebrity birthdays today. Identical twin sisters slash musical duo, Tegan and Sarah. I love them. They're celebrating today. Jimmy Fallon as well. Trisha Yearwood and Kim Richards all blowing out candles and on this date in TV history. One of day, man.

0:26.0

Gossip Girl premiered, Dugie, Howzer, MD, ER and the Mary Tyler Moore show all debuted on this date, different years, of course, but still big shows.

0:43.0

Okay. All right. We always start with the top story and today is the day. Queen Elizabeth II. Britain's longest-raining monarch will be laid to rest.

0:52.0

They're quite a bit ahead of us over in the UK. So while the royal procession got started just before 11 a.m. for them, that was 6 a.m. Eastern time. She's scheduled to be buried at 7.30 p.m.

1:04.0

There are times are doing the math that would be 230 Eastern time here. She continued to lion state over the weekend with that line stretching over 13 hours at times. I saw that David Beckham waited patiently as a member of the public. And yes, some reports said he was out there for 13 hours.

1:19.0

If you want to watch it today, a bunch of networks will be airing. It's a shouldn't have a problem finding it. It's being reported that over 4 billion people could be watching the funeral. That would by far make it the most watched event in TV history. A historic day for sure.

1:37.0

Okay. All right. Getting into some some sports headlines now before we get to the drama of the NFL.

1:43.0

Congratulations to the Las Vegas aces. They just won their first WNBA title in their 25 year franchise history. It was their third time in the finals in their first win. Congrats. They beat the Connecticut Sun 78 to 71 in game four yesterday.

1:57.0

We're going to have a parade tomorrow on the Vegas strip. Now the biggest story to break during the second weekend of NFL play was the bench clearing brawl between the Saints and the Buccaneers in the fourth quarter. Words were exchanged between Tom Brady and Saints corner back. Martian Latamore.

2:12.0

That's when Mike Evans of the Buccaneers ran back onto the field and shoved Latamore to the ground chaos ensued. Both of those guys Evans and Latamore were ejected. And they have history.

2:23.0

I guess this was their third fight for those two guys in five years. Tom Brady and the Bucks won the game 20 to 10, but not before Tom took his anger out on a tablet.

2:32.0

First he threw his helmet and then he then he smashed a tablet on the sideline. So a heated game. They're probably just all sad about the Queen. I guess elsewhere in the NFL 49ers quarterback.

2:43.0

And then the Drey Lance suffered a season ending ankle injury. Ooh, I'm going to have surgery. That means Jimmy Garoppolo is off the bench. He looked good yesterday. He led the Niners to a 27 to seven win over the Seahawks.

2:55.0

All right, on to a few entertainment headlines. Now Blake lively shared a bunch of photos of her baby bump so that the paparazzi lurking outside her house would leave.

3:07.0

Get those pregnancy shots of her. I'm sure there were a lot of money so the thinking is if she puts them out herself. Their pictures would be useless, worthless, and they would leave. Hopefully that helps.

3:17.0

Kate Winslet slipped and was taken to the hospital while filming in Croatia. Her reps have confirmed to the Hollywood quarter that she's fine and will resume filming this week.

3:25.0

And you may have seen this one over the weekend, but I wanted to mention it because it's historic. Phantom of the opera Broadway's longest running show is closing.

3:33.0

It'll celebrate 35 years in January and that last performance ever is scheduled for February 18th. I saw a report that said it will have played 13,925 times. It's grossed $1.3 billion on Broadway and has been seen by 19.8 million people. Good luck getting that guy out of the theater though, right?

3:51.0

The Phantom isn't that like sort of his whole thing. He doesn't leave the theater.

3:55.0

I'm into some movie and TV news now. The woman king was the number one movie over the weekend. It brought in 19 million dollars and a lot of really good reviews. It made more than expected and people loved it. It looks good.

4:11.0

Over the weekend Woody Allen announced his retirement from filmmaking. He's currently working on one last movie in Paris. To be honest, I thought he was already done. I thought the public had officially turned on him.
