Peter, we had recapped on Friday with Jason that he had been a part of the Patriots.com Draincast. And it went well with you and Devin. Is that correct? Yes. Friday night? Yes, Detroit Lions.com. I was a part of the Lions alternate cast and it was only in the Michigan area. And it was awesome. We had Brad Holmes, the GM on for the first quarter. We had Chris Spielman in the fourth quarter, but I think still in the show, Jalen Rose. I didn't realize. Jalen Rose. Die hard Lions fan, like referencing teams from the mid-90s and Scott Mitchell and I think the viewers really enjoyed it. So we'll see. Maybe this is a new wave of preseason broadcast. Geofenced at the moment. You can't see it outside those markets. Maybe in the future we can do it for everyone across the country. I love how your love language is someone being able to go deep on the NFL team. Like the second they reference a single player team or coach from 1987, Peter's like, I love you. That's my road. Jaylon had a take that. I think you'll appreciate it. He said, Barry was doing all

saying, and when they said they were going to give Barry help, they didn't draft offensive linemen. They went and got him a fullback. And he's like, no, we didn't need a fullback. Barry didn't need a full back. They could have done. And his whole take was the same one that we always talk about if Barry Sanders is behind

he would have a 3,000-yard season. Talk radio stuff for sure. Did Jalen have the Black Sox and the Long Shores? It was wearing little shorts. Oh, that's great. The maze. Calling out Bobby Hurley. It was crazy. Oh, my God. My favorite part is the geo-fencing. Geo-Fencing. Broadcaster Scott Hanson with the geo-fencing.

Let's talk about some guys from week one which rookies debut do you think peter stood out the most to you can i give you a team of rookies of course the lions came out there against the giants they decided we're going to play all our rookies we are going to give them an opportunity. And from the get-go, they were making

2:17.7

plays all over the field. I want to start off with Jemir Gibbs. He didn't have that huge highlight

2:21.3

run. He didn't have a Deuce Vaughan run or anything like that. Jamir Gibbs, though, was fantastic in the few carries that he had, breaking tackles, making plays. He could already see by his running style. He's got a vision to him. But the thing that I liked most, and this is him in the receiving

2:34.4

option, he gets back there and we've've got Sudfeld at quarterback. Jamir Gibbs was pass-protecting, and that's going to be huge. Very rarely do we get past protection, but he was picking up blitzes left and right for the lion. So that's Jamir Gibbs. They weren't done there. Jamir Gibbs was just one of their first round picks. You look at some of these other guys here, and that is Brian Branch. Brian Branch was laying the wood. Number 32 was all revealed. And it's one of those deals. I had Brad Holmes, the GM on while he was doing this plane. He's like, oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. No, that's what it's been all summer. And I'm like, wait, tell me more. And he's like, no, no, no, no, you don't need to know more. Just, just, yeah, no, that's what it's been all summer.

And I'm like, wait, tell me more.

3:08.8

He's like, no, no, no, you don't need to know more. Just know, just know, that's what it's been. It's a heated battle in the defensive backfield for Lions, and Brian Branch might be the guy. We're not done yet. Jack Campbell was on the field. Iowa corn fed, let's go. and he was plugging the holes and making hits.

Wearing 46 as an inside linebacker. Corn Fed, let's go. And he was plugging the holes and making hits.
