It's been a busy couple days for Patrick Mahomes. Peter and I were out in Kansas City with him this weekend. He appeared at several charity events, and then now they get to go to the White House, which is just as good as being on Good Morning. Football on a Monday morning. A lot of excitement out there for those guys. The City Chiefs are extremely busy. Like you said, they're going to the White House.

Mahomes also told me he was filming a commercial yesterday.

So he went from a big charity event Saturday. We played softball on Friday. Now to the White House. It's interesting. He goes, we didn't have an off season where we got to celebrate in Super Bowl the last time we won it. Oh, COVID hit March. Interesting. So he's like, I had plans to go to the Masters, I had plans to go to the We didn't. So I'm really kind of enjoying this for the first time being a world champion and enjoying all the spoils of it. He was at the Kentucky Derby. He was at the F1 race down in Miami. He's having himself an offseason. He's supposed to do it. And he deserves to. So of course, the Chiefs are going to the White House today. They were invited after

that big Super Bowl win. And as Peter mentioned, it is the first time they will get to go to

the White House. It is time now for the lead block. Shortly after that game, President Biden

issued this invitation to them. Congrats to the Kansas City Chiefs on their Super Bowl win and

MVP Patrick Mahomes on leading the team to victory through injury and obstacles. You showed

grit and true resilience. Looking forward to having you at the White House and that day is today.

So as we mentioned, first time they're going there because they couldn't

celebrate before. They weren't unable to attend due to the COVID concerns. The question is this,

guys, what is stopping them from getting another invitation to the White House next year? What is the

biggest hurdle between Kansas City and a Super Bowl repeat? Jason. The tough thing with the Kansas City Chiefs, when you look at them,

it's so hard to say, oh, we're going to pick this part and say, this is where the team needs were. Last offseason, all we talked about was, well, who are the receivers going to be? Tyreek Hill is gone. They have guys like MVS and Jujo Smith-Sew. but these guys aren't a star that he is and somehow they found a way and my
