Hamas released dozens of hostages in the Gaza Strip over the weekend.

President Biden is skipping an important climate summit and will also look at what's causing an abnormal surge in female green sea turtles.

Let's get you caught up with today's seven stories.

At number one, more than 50 hostages were released as part of a deal between Israel and the militant group Hamas.

They included Israeli women and children and Thai and Philippine nationals who were taken

from southern Israel during Hamas's deadly attack last month.

One of those released yesterday was Avagal I don, a four-year-old American Israeli.

Her mother and father were both killed in Hamas's attack.

President Biden spoke about Abigail yesterday after the news of her release.

Two days ago, one of our fellow Americans, a little girl named Abigailail who turned four years old.

She spent her birthday, that birthday,

and at least 50 days before that held hostage by Hamas.

Today she's free and Jill and she's held hostage by Hamas.

Today, she's free, and Jill and I,

together with so many Americans, are praying

for the fact that she is going to be all right.

More hostages are set to be released today,

which is the end of a planned four-day pause in fighting.

More than 100 Palestinian prisoners

have also been released as part of the deal.
