1:20.8	But just after Chris Miss in 2016, a group of conservative lawyers gathered at a law firm
1:27.7	called Jones Day, which is in the shadows of the Capitol about a block away from Congress,
1:32.8	where in a room on a large white board, a lawyer named Donald McGann, who had been the
1:39.8	top Trump campaign lawyer and was soon going to be the top White House lawyer in the New
1:43.9	Trump administration, drew up something of a battle plan for all the vacancies on the
1:49.5	federal appeals court that President-elect Trump was going to inherit.
