warm very cold, but today we'll be

climbing out of the depressing part of it. Now I'm like, I got to, I got to start walking

or something. Oh, yeah. I've gained like 15, 20 pounds. Oh, yeah. It's bad.

It's stressful to do that. It's not yet. Dude, it's so brutal. I'm like, oh, I can do

his eat to comfort myself. Yeah. It's a thing, sadder than like an emotional eating fat man.

Well, what can you do, you know? You think the apocalypse is going to be like cooler, you know?

Like I'm going to have like sweet gear. I'm going to have an eye patch. It's not as cool as you

imagine. No, there's sad and there's very few of us that are, you know, very few of us that are

built for it. Yeah, built for lighting, the apocalypse. Oh, right. You know, so yeah. So,

yeah, I went through some stuff. I'm, you know, like everybody else. We all go through these

spaces, I guess, as this is going on, trying to stay positive. But then you're like, I just can't

be positive right now. Yeah. It's an ongoing feeling. I feel I'm trying to get past it. And I'm like,

no, it's not getting any better. I'm trying to make be positive, but it's hard. But I'm, yeah,

I talked to a lot of people that I haven't talked to over the weekend in a long time. So,

that's one thing, yeah, like family, that's far away. Yeah. Stuff like that. Connect, kind of,

connecting with people a little bit. Yeah, I did a little bit of that. Yeah, usually text my dad

for many years. And then I've talked to him on the phone for the first time in a long time. And

it's I realize why I like texts. Yeah. I realize why I prefer texts. He's not as soft as I deal.

Not a soft man. No, not really. He doesn't really brighten a room.
