0:12.3	After three weeks of the brutal Russian invasion into Ukraine, reports from researchers
0:16.7	suggest that the situation is nearing a stalemate, with Russia unable to make substantial gains
0:21.7	and with no real prospect of overtaking the country.
0:25.6	These are being injured at a rate of up to 1,000 people a day, and they continue to lack
0:29.7	supplies and ammunition.

0:35.8	This also might be why Turkey's foreign minister has started spreading rumors that Russia

1:02.0	The formal grounds of the arrests were that they embezzled funds, but sources say that
1:06.0	the real reason is because of the bungled Ukraine invasion.
1:09.2	Look, I mean, someone has to be held accountable for this, and it is definitely not going to

1:17.8	This does not feel too bad for the Russians, though, because there are now unconfirmed
1:21.2	reports of thousands of Ukrainians being transferred to Russia from Maripol in forced deportations.
