And wow, what a book it has been.

And we're going to end everything on a really positive note by the time this week is over.

So we're in our last week of our study on Hosea. So let's finish strong and see what the Lord has to say to us. We're in Hosea chapter 13 today. And let's go

and begin reading at verse number one where the Bible says, when Ephraim spake trembling, he exalted himself in Israel.

But when he offended in Ba'le or Ba'al, that's the fertility, false god of the Canaanites.

1:38.5

But when he offended in Baal, he died.

What does that mean? When Israel was trembling, he died. What does that mean?

1:45.2

When Israel was trembling, he exalted himself.

But when he offended in bail, when he began to worship false idols and be like everybody

else and adopt this idolatry, he died.
