A huge news bombshell broke late last week, which continued to trickle into the weekend.

And while this isn't a story you really want to have to talk about, its importance can't

be understood.

Early in the Trump administration, which I hate to start my sentence with,

while we were in the process of investigating who was behind leaks of certain classified information,

it is now coming out that the Justice Department's subpoena data from Apple,

for a number of House Democrats on the House Intelligence Committee.

The records of at least a dozen people were seized in 2017 and 2018,

including the congressman formerly known as Little Adam Shit, Eric Swalwell,

of individuals tied to them, one of whom was a minor.

Which brings me to a terrible game of which is worse.

The GOP seizing a minor's phone records or having guys like MacGates and Roy Moore slide into

their DMs. Anyway, the subpoena data and other evidence did not tie any of those individuals

to the leaks. However, later in the weekend, another related story broke about how that same

Trump administration Justice Department also subpoenaed Apple for the records of Trump's own

White House Council, Don McGann in 2018. It's not clear what they were investigating and if McGann was

their specific focus or whether he was swept up in a larger net because he had communicated with
