The Justice Department unsealed its indictment over former President Trump on Friday.

The 49-page indictment charges Trump with 37 felonies related to classified documents

found at Mar-a-Lago.

31 counts of willful retention of national defense information, three counts of withholding

or concealing documents in a federal investigation, two counts of false statements, and one count

of conspiracy to obstruct justice.

It also names his longtime personal aide Walt Nauda as a co-conspirator, charging Nauda

with six felonies.

The first 27 pages read sort of like a story, alleging that Trump personally ordered classified

documents, including details about the United States' nuclear capabilities be capped after

his presidency.

It details two different events where Trump reportedly showed documents he knew were classified

to people without security clearances, and includes pictures of boxes with classified

information stored in various corners of Mar-a-Lago, including piled in a bathroom.
