Don't count on cheaper driving, says one expert.

Gasoline prices were coming down recently after reports of progress in U.S. Iran negotiations. Patrick DeHan, gas buddy analyst, says those dips could be short lives.

The national average we still anticipate could be $4.80 a gallon over the course of this summer.

So while we've gotten a little bit of a two-week break from high prices,

we could go right back up. And it's still not impossible that later this summer, even ahead of

July 4, that we could see the national average pressing $5 a gallon. He couldn't care less if Iran

resumes talks with the U.S. after cutting them off earlier today, says President Trump. But he was also

busy on the phone today about it.

ABC News has learned the president did get on the phone

with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu

to try to halt the bombing in southern Lebanon,

to keep the Iranians at the negotiating table.
