There's a story out of Florida today where a guy got arrested.

After he broke into a neighbor's garage three times and stole her underwear, she caught

him pervhanded the third time.

And he claimed he was just there to borrow some lemons.

This Jacksonville man was arrested after he allegedly stole his neighbor's underwear out

of her garage several times.

She told officers she confronted him when she saw him in the garage the third time.

He opened the door to the garage while he was still in there 56 year old Nicholas Rojas.

He then said, do you have any lemons?

She told them she did not and he left.

The one told police she went to his house to ask him why he took her underwear.

She said he admitted he took it but did not give them back.

He later came to her house and apologized.

She told police she thought he was armed and that's why she called.

The son came home and the chicks bold.

Yes, she is bold.

She said his son came home and told officers his father didn't have any weapons.
