ABC News, I'm Stephanie Officer. Homeland Security Secretary Christy Knoem will testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee March 3rd, according to ranking Democratic members, Senator Dick Durbin.

This follows the deadly U.S. Border Patrol shooting of 37-year-old Alex Prattie in Minneapolis Saturday.

The third shooting this month, second fatal, involving ICE agents in that city.

After watching videos of the latest shooting, ABC News contributor and former acting DHS Undersecretary John Cohen,

questions why it took so many officers to tackle and subdue pretty before the shooting.

This weekend's massive snowstorm is responsible for at least 29 deaths across 12 states, the most in New York with eight, Tennessee with four, Louisiana and Pennsylvania, both reporting three.

Other impacted states include New Jersey and Texas.
