Are you a holder backer? Maybe you have some strong opinions or thoughts on something, but you never share. Or maybe you consistently aren't getting what you want, but you still keep quiet. Sound like you? You might be a holder-backer. Today I want to talk about two reasons why you may be holding back, and what to do about it.
