Well, hey friend, welcome back to the podcast. This is Jennifer. This is podcast episode number 214, that's 214.

We're going to be talking today about how to use Instagram stories for your business to get more sales, to get more engagement, to build that no like and trust factor with your ideal client.

And I'm excited about it. I love Instagram stories. I can tell you that I used to be so in love with Facebook.

If you have followed me for any length of time, you'll know that I'm verified on Facebook.

I have 300 and I think 360,000 followers on Facebook. I've been verified for there for years and years, like four or five years.

And I used to be a little bit resistant to Instagram. Honestly, I kind of felt like I was cheating on Facebook and I was like, I don't really understand the draw.

And then they came out with stories. And I was like a mock to the flame, my friends. And I was like, oh my gosh, this is a game changer.

Like for me, the amazing part of Instagram is not the feed. It's the stories. And the stories are kind of like the behind the scenes.

I've heard it referred to before as like, if you think of the Instagram mullet.

I love whoever coined this term, by the way, you know, the stories are like the party in the back.

So you've got the business in the front, which is your feed. And then the stories are the party in the back.

And I love apparently the party in the back, which is, you know, I think a lot of us do, right.

And so, but there's some ways that I want you to use the Instagram story so that you can work with the algorithms so you can use the stories to your advantage so that you can actually make more sales.

Hopefully, get your content on the feed in front of more people, get more people going to your bio, et cetera. Okay.

And so that's what we're going to be talking today. I'm going to give you some different strategies you can use on your stories that are going to be helpful for you.
