coaching one of in one of my business groups today. We've got well we're 15 hundred women in a

challenge on starting the new business and I caught a sign of a comment that one woman said

that she feels like she's not worthy enough to be doing a business and it just made me start

thinking of the not enoughs how so often when just as humans but also especially if you're

going to try to go into any sort of business that there are times when you're going to think

you are not good enough. I can remember when I was building my painting company feeling like

gosh there's so many more talented people. So many talented foot finishers around me like

why did why did I keep getting picked for things like the extreme home makeover television show

and you know getting to speak with chip and Joanna gains and and there was times when I would be

thinking I'm not that good. I'm not that smart. I'm not smart enough. I'm not you know worthy enough.

I'm not young enough. There will always be I think an unending list of not enoughs that you and I

could potentially be thinking through or giving reasons as to why we're not doing something because we

don't feel like we're enough. And so one of the things that I was talking about this morning if

you're someone who has used any of that terminology that you're not enough you're not worthy enough
