A lot of the coaching clients that come into my world, they know they need to hire someone, but they've got a lot of hangups about it.

I asked my Instagram audience, what do you need to know about making your first hire? And you had some amazing questions.

So I'm going to answer those here for you today on this podcast episode. I'm literally going to answer.

You know, I think there's eight nine questions from different people like even give your name. So that's cool.
