Summary

As we go into yet another week of this pandemic, I see that fear is really increasing. When will we return to normal? Will it really be "normal" again? What will happen to my business? I want to pass along some encouragement today by giving you 2 things you can do to combat this creeping fear in. Let's take some action by focusing on what we can control in these seemingly out-of-control times.

  • Focus on things you can control—what you watch, read, eat, do with your body, etc.
  • Do the "worst thing that can happen" exercise.

I'm just going to try to help those of you who are experiencing a higher level of fear than normal.

You know, as we get further into, you know, the shelter at home and coronavirus, all the things. I find that some people are really coming to terms but the fact that life and business and things have changed.

They've changed a lot and maybe where they were holding out hope that things would go back to normal,

their mouth now getting a sense of, oh, are things going to go back to normal?

What is normal?

And so I've noticed that lately in talking with some people that fear is a little
