Well, hello, my friends. Welcome back to the podcast. This is Monday Fire episode number one zero six. We're going to talk about niching down in your business.

We're going to talk about why trying to be for everyone is getting you nowhere.

And I'm excited to chat with you guys today. I got to tell you the truth of sometimes when I get ready to this podcast.

I like when a rap like 80s drop at the very beginning.

One of these days, I'm just, what is it? I'm just going to do it. I'm getting ready to turn 50. So what are these days? I'm just going to be like, you know what? Now I'm 50.

And I'm just going to, I'm just going to rap to a brass monkey if I want to on my Monday fire. I'm kidding, but maybe you just never know.

So literally every time I push the record button, I want to start rapping. This is my life. Okay.

But let's also talk about another part of my life, which is the business coaching as you know that I do. Okay. So here's what I want to talk about.

We were figuring out the other day.

How many people have gone through my coaching group? Okay. So we've got almost 8,000 mostly women have gone through my monthly coaching group in the last five years.

We have had over 2,000 of you take my, it used to be creators red map is now the better way program. We've had several hundred people who have gone through the next level or now in the next level mastermind with me currently.

So I want you to know I'm not giving those numbers to be like, Brian delicious. I'm just telling you, I've got some experience with coaching women. Okay. And with coaching women who are wanting to do small business in the online space.

And so I was having a conversation with one of our clients the other day, because she's precious. And I've asked her, by the way, for her permission on this podcast. Her name is Kate. Her business is called word warriors.

Kate has a really phenomenal story of from say this to wellness. And then she has developed a line of like scripture cards and clothing with like words on them.

I was just, I was confused about a couple of things, which then started her and I on this conversation, which then led to me having a conversation with my team, which then led me to go, you know, we need to do a podcast about this because here's what I see sometimes happening sometimes I see that when women are building a business in the online space.

Is there afraid to really niche down? Wait, first of all, do you say niche, or do you say niche?

So, but then there's that saying that the riches are in the niches. So then I'm like, is it niche? Is it niche? Is it niche online? And is it niche when you put a hole in your wall in the hallway and put a vase or a vase in it? I don't even know. Somebody correct my grammar here.
