Hello there. Good morning. It's Monday. It's the fifth day of December and thanks so much for being with us here on Dave and check the freak.

At a real kind of crappy weekend. Oh, really? Well, I threw my back out. Oh, no, the worst. Like honestly, I had a weekend. Yeah, that's it. No, I had the worst old man Dave weekend. Oh, no, stop.

I threw my back out. Yeah, which is currently on half a muscle relaxant. Yeah, something's up. I just had something. But I broke it in half.

So if things are weird, just let it go. Yep. Okay. Yeah, I didn't go. Hey, is my advice. And we can go. We could just. Yeah, I was thinking about it. Trust me. I was thinking about one one extra day. I thought now.

So I don't know what I did. Like I was moving stuff on Friday around the house. And maybe that did it, but it didn't kick in right away. I woke up Saturday morning. I was like, ah, yeah.

And it was bad. But then I woke up yesterday morning and I literally couldn't move. Like anyway, I turned every breath hurt. Oh, God.

I was like sucked balls. So I stayed like in bed all day yesterday. They'll, you know, it sucks about that though is that that's like your back hates it in bed. That's the problem. I know. But I, you know, I literally was laying over the bed. I get it.

You know what I mean? Like I was bent over the bed. I was just trying any way to lie. Tick, try and find some relief from it. And nothing was really helping. But

I'm really scared of injuring my back. Like I'll be lifting weights or whatever. And I'll be like, I'll feel like a twinge. And I'm like, oh, I'm scared of it. No, it's because it's the worst pain.

And I get everyone has to do with it. Everything about you. What you don't realize is every tiny movie make your back is part of it. Is it your lower back? Yes. Oh, yeah.

I'm not a kid. If a foam roller to rolling out on a foam roller. Yeah, I did. I mean, Amber tried that we have that one of those guns those, you know, oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. She tried that and some like rub in whatever it's called some

best game. Yeah, cool, not hot. Yeah, I did everything. But so I can move a little more today, which is good, but it still hurts like a mofo. So I'm on a muscle relax. So that was what happened. But then also

this is like ridiculous old man moment. So Saturday, I'm like, I kept seeing a hair in my eye. Okay, I couldn't get it out.

It's driving me insane. Right. Like you see the reflection of it. Yeah, like you see like a little hair. Right.

I'm not. It's finally, I'm like, Amber, check this out. What's going on? I can't see it. There was a hair. Yeah.

Growing out of my nose. So you know the side of my nose. That's always going to be there now. No, stop it. No, yeah.

Yeah, I'm going to have a side. No, I'm having a branch of my nose. Yeah, you have that. Yeah, I felt like I was 108. That's what you have now.

I couldn't move. I had a nose hair.

And it's unfortunate location, but I have like a like a white almost clear eyebrow or eyelet. No eyebrow.

That will grow like not with the rest of the direction of all my other eyebrows. It grows like straight down. Yeah. And like you'll always get in the way. I'm like, what the hell is that? So I feel your pain.
