off with bad news, but someone won the $1.3 billion

powerball. Well, I guess it's bad news for everyone but that one person. And yes, there was only one

winner. They purchased their ticket in Portland, Oregon, and now they have two options.

Received their prize as an annuity paid in 30 payments

over the next 29 years, or a lump sum payment of $621 million. There were also seven $1 million

winners, so lame. But if you want to play for a baby jackpot, there's a drawing tonight of

$20 million. Speaking of billionaires, let's talk about one who is getting some very bad news

today. And he's actually one of the billionaires who has surprisingly not launched himself

into space yet. Warren Buffett, you may not know this, but BNSF Railway, which is the largest freight railroad company in America,

is actually owned by Warren Buffett.

And today, he and the company will be in court over their involvement in poisoning around

3,000 people in Montana and causing at least 200 deaths.

And this all boils down to a mine that was located just outside of the town of Libby, Montana.

The mine produced a material called vermiculite.
