The Israeli government might be losing their biggest ally.

Now, if you've been following everything going on between Israel, Hamas, and the people of Gaza, you know the basics, right?

Hamas attacked Israel on October 7th, killing over 1,000 Israeli citizens and military members.

They also captured around 230 hostages that were taken back to Gaza. Since then, the Israeli response has been to attack the entire territory of Gaza

while also blocking humanitarian aid into the area. And since October 8th, the Israeli response

has killed over 31,000 Palestinians in Gaza. and most people can understand the initial Israeli response.

But as the death toll and human crisis has continued to grow in Gaza, Israel has lost a ton of international support.

Even America chose to allow a UN resolution calling for a ceasefire in Gaza, which is a pretty big deal

when it comes to the relationship between the two countries. And a little over two weeks ago,

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, who is the highest-ranking Jewish leader in the

American government, suggested that Israel should probably hold a new election to replace his
