1:19.1	In your experience of doing less, being more intentional, tell us how you squared that equation because lots of people can't quite make that leap.
1:23.1	Well, I'm going to quote you actually years ago when we went to, I forgot on what the festival was and you were on a panel.
1:31.4	And one of the things you talked about with your coaching is asking mothers what's important.
1:37.5	And that really stayed with me because I realized that there were lots of things I was placing importance on that were not important at all.
1:45.4	So one of the ways I have been able to do less but achieve more, and I mean holistically,
1:52.7	not just in terms of my work, is by figuring out what's important. I understood, once I made
2:00.3	a bit of a turning point in my business, I understood
2:04.3	that a lot of the busyness I was experiencing as a single parent in my former career,
2:10.9	as a social worker, and then I was bringing into my business was everything was important,
2:16.3	everything was urgent, and they weren't. So I got clear about
2:20.2	what makes my life feel good, what feels good to me. So in relation to my business, when I first
