We also have a ritual on this show, and we incorporate this ritual every day because we

recognize that the work of Black Talk Landy is a little challenging, can be heavy on the

spirit.

And so as a result of that, we incorporate a ritual called a moment of

gratitude. Now, the moment of gratitude is very important ritual because it allows us to get energetically

in the right space, in the right head space, in the right frame of mind so that as we do the work

of unpacking the information we need to know to be aware is what's happening in our world,

we can do so without fear, loneliness,

and depression. And we do that by intentionally tapping into the emotions of joy, gratitude,

and appreciation. And so this is a very important thing. And frankly, it feels weird to have my day

start without it. So here we go. The ritual is very, very simple. It is so simple, in fact.
