Favre show because we recognize that doing the work of Black Talklandia is not really the easiest

of things. It can kind of weigh on the spirit. It's challenging. And so as a result of that,

we like to make sure that we are intentionally tapping into something that's going to give us a

sense of joy, gratitude, and appreciation because we know that when we are rooted in joy, gratitude, and appreciation, we cannot be trapped by fear, loneliness, and depression. It's pretty important when you're trying to do the work of making the world a better place. So the ritual that we use to make sure that we are properly energetically situated before we do black talk landia work is called a moment of

gratitude and it's fairly fairly simple so simple in fact it goes a little something like a

a yes in just a minute you're going to hear music that music is going to be an invitation to you

and the invitation is going to be sung to you by a group called the beautiful chorus and that invitation

is inviting you to join the rest of us because when we hear the music we are going to collectively begin taking the slowest

deepest most lung capacity expanding joyful heart invigorate and troubled mind

cleansing and we are so uplifting the most amazingly juicy breath that we've

ever taken with a couple million people at once as we kick off our most

important segment of every single day it is time for our moment of gratitude. Everyday folks, we got to do it because every day, folks, we got to do it because every day it matters that you're able to show up for yourself and for your community as powerfully as you possibly can.

I am just grateful for all the work that we are doing in this space because it's important that

we have community, right? And it's important that we have a community that allows us to envision

what a better world can be. And then a community that also is going to hold space for us to test out
