| 1:04.7 | sit in and curate a space where we are tapping into joy, gratitude, and appreciation as our primary emotional |

| 1:13.8 | And the reason we do that is because when you are rooted in gratitude, our lived experience |
| 1:18.0 | has confirmed and the science has also confirmed that you cannot be simultaneously trapped |

| 1:23.9 | And considering we are going to have to call on the bravery that each of us have capacity |
| 1:27.4 | to tap into in order to do this work, that's going to be important. |
| 1:31.5 | We also love to cultivate a sense of joy and appreciation because we know that when you do those things, it's very hard to feel trapped by fear and loneliness. |
| 1:40.3 | And those are emotions that we cannot allow to prevent us from doing the amazing work of trying to make this world a better place. |

| 1:55.0 | And when you hear that music, it's going to be an invitation to you to join the rest of us. |
| 1:59.0 | Because when we hear it, we are going to collectively begin taking the slowest, deepest, most lung capacity expanding, |
| 2:05.6 | joyful heart invigorating, troubled mind cleansing and weary soul, uplifting the most amazingly juicy |
| 2:11.4 | breath. As we kick off our most important segment of every single day, it is time for our moment of gratitude. Everyday folks, we got to do it. And every day, folks, we got to do it. And every day it matters. |
