always make sure that we are as energetically attuned to greatness as we possibly can be, because

and frankly life life him also pretty difficult and so this ritual is called a moment of gratitude

and is designed to allow us to tap into a sense of joy gratitude and appreciation because when we

are rooted in those emotions we cannot be trapped by fear loneliness and depression and so the And so the ritual is pretty simple. It is so simple. In fact, it goes a little something like this. In just a minute, you're going to hear music. The music is going to be an invitation to you to join the rest of us, because when we hear it, we are going to collectively begin taking the slowest, the deepest, the most lung capacity expanding, joyful heart, invigorating,

troubled, mind cleansing, and weary soul, uplifting, the most amazingly juicy breath.
