on this show that we use every single day to make sure that when we approach these very difficult

topics, we are able to do so with an attitude of gratitude. And we like that attitude of gratitude

when you are rooted

1:36.3

be a good, bad, or indifferent, get your spirit right.

1:39.2

Get your mind right.

1:40.1

And do that because that is going to ensure that when you engage with that topic or when you engage with that person, you're able to do so from the best possible vantage point.

1:48.8

Who wants to be engaging with somebody from the least possible, the least probable, the least potential holding position to be?

1:55.8

Nobody wants that.

1:57.1

So this ritual is one that we call a moment of gratitude.

1:59.9

And it's pretty simple.

2:00.8

In fact, it goes a little something like this.

2:03.4

In just a minute, you're going to hear music. That music is going to be an invitation to you to join the rest of us, because when we hear it, we are going to collectively begin taking the slowest, the deepest, the most long capacity expanding, joyful heart invigorating, and troubled mind cleansing, and weary soul, uplifting, truly the most amazingly juicy breath that you've ever taken with a couple million people at once as we kick off our most important segment of every single day.

2:26.5

It is time for our moment of gratitude. I'm not a little bit Every day we got to do it and every day it matter.
