the ritual is one that allows us to proactively intentionally enthusiastically cultivate the emotions of joy, gratitude, and appreciation.

Now, the reason that we do this, this intentional cultivation of joy, gratitude, and appreciation

is because, frankly, life be life and child. And it's hard enough out here with us being sad.

It's hard enough out here. But in addition to that, we also know that when we are rooted in

joy and gratitude and appreciation, we cannot know that when we are rooted in joy and

gratitude and appreciation, we cannot also be trapped by fear, loneliness, and depression. And

considering we have a whole new world to build, we, there ain't got a little time to be trapped

by fear, loneliness, and depression. And so the ritual that we use to ensure we are in the proper

energetic is called a moment of gratitude.

It's a very important ritual and it's very, very simple, but it is so simple, in fact, it goes a little something like this.
