Where to find it, how to nurture it, and how not to be afraid of it. Far too many people are afraid of just following their instincts to what makes them happiest and most fulfilled. Jonny Wilkinson doesn’t have time for any of that, or for following the expectations other people set. Jonny is interested in what makes you unique, and he thinks you should be too. Jonny’s also got a word of warning, though, because your real self is who you are when you’re alone with your own thoughts. And Jonny’s weren’t happy. He scaled as high as it’s possible to go in world rugby, but he found the process demoralising, and he wasn’t happy. It took Jonny a long time to find a way to be happy in his passion, but that makes his journey all the more interesting, and his advice for your journey all the more profound too. 0:06.2	went to school and now they're a lawyer and they've been a lawyer for 15 years or they
0:11.0	might be, I don't know, a dentist.
0:12.6	Now they've been a dentist for 20 years and a lot of the time when I speak to these people
0:16.9	there's this other voice inside them that's been suppressed over time which is probably
0:20.4	all they can be and they've got really consumed in this identity which their parents wanted
0:24.9	them to adopt of being a doctor or a lawyer or whatever it might be.
0:30.4	When I speak to these people they are seemingly trapped by something and that force that's
0:37.0	trapping them seems to be so much stronger than the other voice which is, which they sometimes
0:41.5	can even point to as being a more fulfilling life which is I guess all they can be.

0:46.7	They speak to me before my show, they show me their Instagram and they're the most unbelievable
0:50.0	artist I've ever seen in my life and they face lights up when they talk about that thing
0:53.5	but when I ask them what they do they say, yeah I work in the city, I work in finance
0:56.8	for like KPMG or something and you can see the dread in their face.
1:00.5	How does someone start the journey and I think you're related to vulnerability there but
1:03.6	how does someone start the journey of going from that place of confinement and identity
1:08.8	and I am this thing that I've earned through my achievements to being all I can be an

1:16.3	I think that voice that inner calling as you just said is passion and excitement versus
