Summary

In this moment, the fasting and hormone expert, Dr Mindy Pelz discusses how your body can show your liver health. Mindy says that there are simple ways that you can check how well your liver is function by looking at your eyes, feet and tongue. She says that If the corner of your eye is yellow it can show liver stagnation, which means that the liver will struggle to metabolise toxins like alcohol. Equally, if the bottom of your feet are dry and cracking, it shows there is not proper circulation and your liver is struggling to detox. Mindy says that some of the core reasons for this poor liver function is a lack of minerals and proper nutrients. However, this can be turned around with a mixture of fasting and getting in the right fruits and vegetables.
