Hi everybody, it's Jonah. This is the remnant podcast brought to you by the dispatch

and dispatch media. I am, I've been trying to do this a bit and it's hard, okay? So I don't

know how chopped up this is going to need to be. I don't even know if it's ever going

to be released. But by now most people have heard, my mom died this week and I'm just going

to have to deal with some slurping because it keeps me from getting all choked up. And

you can probably figure out that, you know, every now and then I make these cryptic statements

about the other stuff going on in my life. And this was the biggest of them all. My mom

was not well for a while. Really the last year I've gone, I probably haven't gone a month,

three weeks maybe without thinking, you know, this is the week my mom dies and I'm drove

up there a lot up to New Jersey, either visitor in the hospital or cheer up at home. And

it's been a long ride. And so I really didn't want, I don't want this to be morbid. So if

I can't get straight down, I won't do it. But last week or the week, whatever, the last

podcast, a little bit, podcast I did with you, all my phone was on do not disturb. And

when I got off the podcast and I closed the end, finished the ending, I looked at my

phone and I saw a bunch of texts and calls from this woman, Drew, who I have to explain

who she is to all of you. 16 years ago, my mom hired Drew, I won't give her last name

because she doesn't want to be a public figure. To be a sort of part time interior decorator

that became very good friends. And my mom ended up hiring her as sort of assistant in

all of my mom's affairs from, you know, everything from the interior decorating stuff to stuff

with Lucien.com or website to, you know, gatoring parties and organizing events. I mean,
