My mother-in-law is visiting, which is so lovely. Even though we have one child, it always feels so good when you have another adult.

places at one time, you know, because things that I usually have to do all on my own. It's like now the

load is split in half. Anyways, that was lovely. I did make it to

CrossFit. It was so good, but so scary. There's a thing called a muscle up. I have never done it

before. And I did CrossFit for years. And I don't know how I never came across this workout thing called a muscle up. I knew what it was,

but I have never tried to do one before. And so the thing with CrossFit is a lot of these movements and

the workouts are very advanced, but they have so many different ways to do things to build up your strength, to be able to do it
