If you're looking for a life update. My mother-in-law is visiting, which is so lovely. Even though we have one child, it always feels so good when you have another adult.

It's like the more adults, like the ratio of adults to children, as you have more adults, like it just, things get so much easier.

Even the most simple thing, like pre, my husband went to work early today.

So I was getting Milo ready by myself. I was also trying to get myself ready because I wanted to go to

CrossFit after I dropped him off. And just to have another adult making sure that Milo was getting

dressed was so lovely. It's like, it's like I was in two places at one time,

you know, because things that I usually have to do all on my own. It's like now the load is split in

half. Anyways, that was lovely. I did make it to CrossFit. It was so good, but so scary. There's a thing called a muscle up. I have never done it before. And I did

CrossFit for years. And I don't know how I never came across this workout thing called a muscle up. I knew what it was,
