Eelaria and I'm definitely. Today we're talking to Don Russell. She's the

founder of Eight Greens. She is a cancer survivor, a health advocate,

entrepreneur, a mother, a wife. She's got two boys. I think you guys are really

really going to enjoy this. I learned so much and I very much wanted to buy her

product during the interview but I kept my my hands away from my phone but since

then I have purchased it so guys

definitely this is something that's so fascinating talk about someone who never

gave up and continue to push and has the most positive outlook. She is just a she herself feels like you're getting an IV drip of just like adrenaline and excitement and positivity. So I know you guys are going to love hearing from Don Russell.

For those who are not familiar with Eight Greens and your story, will you give us a little bit of background and how you began?

Yeah, I'll summarize it really quickly.

So I'm 45 now and when I was 25 I had cancer,

lymphatic cancer and couldn't do chemo irradiation.

And so for four years, traveled around the earth, trying every single alternative treatment

must see doctor just to end up back in my apartment in the little kitchen of West Village of New York going to the basics of food.

And food literally took me from not being able to walk to New York City blocks to coming, you know, really being like a flower coming back to life. And like,

unbeknownst to me at the time, that was actually the start of eight greens and I had no notion of it,

you know, I was just trying to, trying to live basically.

And so, then I used the Greens as well when I had my first son who is nine, and it was after I used, and when I say I use them I would have these massive

IV sacks three times a day just to keep everything moving in my body because I don't have the

lymph nodes in the left side of my body.
