You remember my father-in-law back in the day telling me

that, you know, there's so little difference now

between products that what really sets you apart

is really customer service now.

Like, you know what I'm saying?

I do.

And it's hard to find good customer services.

Makes perfect sense.

And I try to be extremely patient

with anyone who works in customer service

because I've done it.

I know what it's like.

It is not an easy thing to do.

And we're all human.

We all have bad days.

I mean, your job is to wake up in the morning

and know you're going to get crap and deal with problems

every single day.

That takes a special person right there, man.
