So, Kristen had an idea that we would all go around the room this week and we would

pick New Year's resolutions. New Year's goals for each other.

Correct. I went yesterday, chose everybody's. Thought I did pretty good for the most part.

Yeah, you did.

And then today, Mo, if you're now tasked with everybody on staff, giving them a New Year

goal or resolution.

And again, this comes with a warning because this is what Kristen and her husband Bart

do each and every year. But again, if you're going to do this, make sure you're really

secure in your relationship or it could go sideways fast like it just might right now.

Exactly that. And I've thought about this. In fact, I thought about this probably far too

long of how can I do this and be genuine and not offend anyone? And I was trying to come

up with some things and then I was like, yeah, now I'm not going to do that. So I cheated.

You cheated.

But I think you'll still be okay with me cheating because I found a loophole.
