I think it's such an important discussion.

I think a lot of people hear these names of hypersonic and cyber and bioweapon and wonder how the United States is preparing for the

future of warfare. I'd like to start with this piece of sound from the president in Geneva.

We agreed today to launch a bilateral strategic stability dialogue to work in a mechanism

that can lead to control of new and dangerous and sophisticated

weapons that are coming on the scene now, that reduce the times of response, that raised

the prospects of accidental war.

And we went into some detail of what those weapon systems were.
