Today we're catching up on a few things that I found noteworthy over the last couple of days.

Tesla stock on Tuesday continuing to rebound up 4.36% to 321. 90 cents, this compared to the NASDAQ up 0.49%.

All right, so starting with the most recent news, yesterday, Tesla had a model 3 on display

for the first time ever in Australia.

And the lines just to even look at the car up

close were extremely long. Somebody on Reddit said that they had to wait in line

three hours just to have a couple minutes with the car. I tweeted out a video of the

lines yesterday but I would say they're very reminiscent of the lines that we saw

on March 31st 2016 for the reservation process for model three.

So it was fun to see that kind of a flashback to all the excitement at that point in time.

And again, just as I've been talking about over the last week, another great reminder of the

reality of Tesla. Also exciting to see

Tesla start taking those first baby steps towards an international rollout of

model three. It'll still be quite some time but we're moving ever closer to that point. The next quick note also on

model three is that a few days ago model three VIN registrations passed 100,000. I haven't

been tracking VINs as closely this quarter. Someone on Twitter requested that I do kind of an episode just looking at the Vins situation and kind of where we're at.

So I will do that here when I get a little bit of time to analyze that.

Maybe this weekend, we'll definitely take a closer look at it before the end of the

quarter. In terms of highest vins that we've seen in the wild right now we're at 89,000
