Summary

We have a very special guest today. Musical artist Mod Sun. Mod Sun is a true artist. Someone who maybe even feels more then most of us. He has been on such a journey, from addiction, to self discovery. He talks about the burden of shame. The power that shame can have over us, actually blocking any good from happening in our lives. The freedom we can feel by just letting go of that shame. Saying that we deserve more, we are worthy, can open up everything in life. Putting that massive weight down, allows us to fly. Addiction is a hard burden as well, but without that hard path, would Mod Sun be the magic enlightened being he is today? Our hardships do shape us, and we can choose that shape. Do we let our hardships shape us into someone paralyzed with fear? Or do we allow our hardships to shape us into a more enlightened beings. The choice is ours. We enjoyed diving deep into these life questions with Mod Sun. We did talk music too. Mod Sun has a new album out we are all very excited for you to check out. It is called " Internet Killed The Rockstar." And a single with Avril Lavigne called "Flames." Mod Sun is really out top redefine the whole concept of "Rock Star". We hope you enjoy this episode as much as we did.
