He is a graduate of University of Massachusetts and earned a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, specializing in Graphic Design & Animation. Steve began a career in the television industry working for multiple news stations around New England. His hard work and dedication earned him 7 Emmy Awards in a variety of categories. In 2017, Steve discovered he also had a passion for real estate investing, specifically in the multifamily space. After spending 2 years educating himself, Steve has purchased 3 multifamily properties in the Boston area, totaling 12 units in just over 12 months. He plans to scale his portfolio over the next few years, with the intention of living a financially free life with his family and friends.

operating a system, and then delegating it. This way, the organizational charm isn't just you,

down to multifamily real estate also. And our guest today is going through that, buying smaller

properties, probably doing it himself, the IMA mentality. And we need to do that when we first start

out because we need to learn. But as we learn to grow, think of multifamily as a business where you can

And I think that's the hardest thing for investors when they start out with.

They think they have to do everything.

And when you start in business, you do in the beginning of bootstrapping it.
