Welcome to the Movers and Shakers podcast. Our guest this week is Michele Brophy. She was a former graphic designer, certified teacher, and a mother of two. In 2009, she began helping her husband Shawn with single family rentals. In 2015, they got serious about passive income and went full time into real estate, implemented systems to help double their single family portfolio 2 years in a row. As of 2018, they have expanded their geographical area to include mid-size manufactured housing communities in Indiana. Michele remotely operates and manages 2 communities, totaling 51 units, and growing. She is now the Co-Owner (COO) and manager of Daily Operations for Redmae Property Group with her husband. They own and operates a mixed portfolio of 64 units.

1:05.6	guests for one reason, and I think one reason only. She began the journey back in 2017 that our very first multifamily
1:13.1	mastery from New Jersey coming down to Knoxville, Tennessee. That was a big journey. I think that
1:18.7	was a huge step in her investing career. So Josh, please introduce our guest today. Today's guest,
