My name is Gino Barbaro, co-founder of Jake and Gino, multifamily investor, educator, father,

mentor, and I'm joined by my co-host, my brosoph, Joshua Ryan Ruzin,

community director of Jake and Gino. Josh, how are you doing today? Gino, doing well. Very excited about

everything we're going on here, excited that we're spending time to work on the business and really

build things out. Gino, what are you excited about? Josh, I'm excited

about spending more time with the family the next few weeks. A little bit of beach weather out here.

I'm going to be golfing. I'm going to try golfing, I think, Josh. Definitely tennis every day.

Just back to the basics. And business building, I think now is the time that everyone who's been in real

estate for the last six months are going to get the fruits of their labor we're going to talk about

a little bit josh on on the podcast today when is the right time to get into real estate it's right

time when you're ready it's and it's i think in any asset class it's never the right time unless

you're ready and i'm excited to interview today's guest because I have a special place in my heart for him

because one of the first Jake and Gino students that really stood out to me and we connected

on so many different levels, entrepreneur, business guy, forward thinking.
