My name is Gino Barbaro, co-founder of Jake and Gino, multifamily investor, educator, father,

mentor, and I am joined by my co-host, my Brosef, Joshua Ryan Ruzin,

Mr. Ruzin. How are we doing today, bro? Gino, excited, man, locking down some things for an

upcoming money mixer we have in March in Orlando. Very excited to tour a $300 plus $52 million deal

that a friend of ours closed on.

And, you know, what's most exciting about this?

They did a 4% acquisition fee.

So if you look at that, that's over $2 million day one.

Now, obviously, newer investors don't start out there, but it just goes to show you

if you stick with the long term, the power of that.

And really excited to get the Jake and

Gino community together, that hands-on in the field experience, that networking and seeing the

systems and tools you're learning in action, man, I just cannot wait. Gino, what are you most

excited about? We just had the boot camp this past weekend. 70 Jake and Gino students were there

talking about the by-right. That's the first leg of the framework. But what's exciting is there's two other legs that we always discuss

upon. But it was exciting to get 70 students out there. It's amazing what you don't know. You don't

know. But when you go to these boot camps, you start learning a lot of the techniques and a lot of

strategies, different ways to buy assets, different strategies, what makes a deal,

what doesn't make a deal.
