Summary

Monday night football against the Giants is a chance to restart the season for the Chiefs as the Chargers lose again and the division seems to be just sitting there for the Chiefs to take.  With 5 of their next 6 at home... and a bye... the Chiefs have no excuses going forward.     K-State drills TCU and it gets Gary Patterson fired.  That's two weeks in a row the Cats beat a team and fired a coach and it seems like this happens all the time.   In the 31-12 win, KSU fans were treated to the greatest pass rushing performance by a college player of all time.  Debate me.    Saturday night as a "Let's Go Brandon" banner flew over the World Series in Atlanta, President Trump and Melania were in attendance chanting and doing the chop.  Did you see where they were sitting?  It had to be the worst seat Trump has had for a baseball game in 50 years.     And with a Covid outbreak in the west wing, Joe Biden has taken his cue cards to Europe on his way to the climate summit.  He'll literally drive 85 cars to the Summit and there are reports that Biden is sick and can't control his bowels.  This is getting serious.

the new home of Kevin Keatsman has issues as we have moved into our new home in Lenoxa

in a really neat new subdivision called Timber Rock that we're very excited about. We've met some

nice friends and neighbors already over the weekend. We're a little sore, a little exhausted

0:35.6

from the move, and I apologize to the patrons

of K.K.J. I had no chance to get the newsletter out this weekend. I mean, absolutely zero. We were

0:44.6

up against a deadline of getting out of our other place, and for some reason, it just seemed

0:49.8

harder to get the darn thing completely cleared out in time, which we had to have done by the end of Sunday.

And so it took most of the weekend. We put everything else on hold. I am in a lower level

second bedroom of a new home that we have converted into the studio, the office. It's not a big room.

1:08.0

It's not a small room. We've got really cool professional. This is geeky inside

1:14.1

broadcasting kind of stuff. Geeky radio boy stuff. We've got some really cool,

1:21.0

professional sound deadening material on the wall, some sound boards that we made instead of just

the silly foam

and stuff that I had up in the other place. I have a complicated window in this room is it's pretty

deep. It's a double window that looks out into the woods. It's very pretty that I can see. And

actually the sun comes up in that direction as well. So when we get up in the morning and do the podcast,

there'll be some sunrises and sun rays kind of gleaming

through the trees. It'll be a real nice, pretty picturesque setting for me, but it's a complicated
