Hey everybody what's going on welcome to move the sticks DJ Bucky here nice to be back together again with Bucky after taking a day to get settled in and that's because Bucky's overseas over in London. How you doing Bucky?

Man I'm good how's everything backstates out everything's good man we miss you out here but I tell you what it's been fun to see the social media.

Excitement the buzz with with you being over there got hit up a bunch on Twitter by folks saying wow Bucky Brooks on sky sports over this is awesome so look it's you know I think it's only a matter of time before you you go zooming right past the ATN guys popularity over over in England.

They're really popular over here though let me tell you man when they pop on the UK crowd loves Greg and hands this and wrestling and Mark we got a lot of ground to make up before we can kind of put a dent on the market they made over here.

I feel like we're it's recruiting you know it's like recruiting we haven't recruited that area before but now we've we've got we've got somebody out there doing some some recruiting and that's that's your that's your charge while you're over there.

It's a continue to grow the the brand over there what we're going to do on the show today we got a fun interview coming up with our with our buddy Mike Mack it's always great to catch up with Mike going to get a chance to visit with him talk some some NFL coaching candidates maybe even talk about some of these college players coming into this draft as well as some philosophical things so we want to get into with Mike and some changes we might see in the scouting landscape going to recap what happened in the Eagles Redskins game we saw last night Bucky and we've got a couple other topics.

The tackle here on the college football front including some big coaching news one one leaving and one coming you ready to go.

Yeah let's do it all right first of all let's start Monday night football Eagles Redskins unfortunately had entry to Colt McCoy he goes out of the game and really Washington just could not get anything going after that the Eagles not the cleanest game but they found a way to get a win and get back to 500 and set up a huge matchup with them and the the Cowboys next week.

Yeah I think the best way to describe the Eagles they're still a team that's finding their way despite being defended super well champions they're a team that can't really figure out what they are on offense because quite frankly they haven't been able to run the ball as well as they were able to run a season ago and I know they took some chance and they're trying to get four

a kilo in up the bat and then we saw a Josh Adams play the big thing Daren Sproles came back and gave them a little spark the Eagles have to be able to run the ball because they can't solely put it all on

first and when it's shoulders to carry this offense because frankly I don't think they have enough explosive weapons on the outside to be a team that is heavy heavy past past happy without the balance and the

confidence in being able to use some play action. Yeah the Eagles you know like they want to football game they do need to find a way to take the top off at defense a little bit and I was a big fan of the golden tape move and he did a nice job the other night I think it was like seven free five and a touchdown and a two point conversion as well he's a good fit there but they they do need somebody going into the future I think they you know they had it last year with Tory Smith and he drops some balls but they were able to at least stretch the field and they've got to find that guy in the off season they tried it with the Aguilar a little bit but that's really not his

his best attribute so that's a little bit of a hole there and that Eagles offense I think they'll free up the the run game as well get that going Adams has done a nice job

undrafted the rookie there at a Notre Dame 85 yards but to me that's something when you watch them they got to get the way to get a little more vertical stretch in their offense and then for the Washington Redskins buck just too many injuries I mean I think their their goose is cooked.

Yeah I mean too many injuries and I think the thing that came out of the game Jay Grim said he didn't have many plays available for Mark Sanchez he said Mark Sanchez probably had as many plays available to him as a third or fourth quarterback in a free season game and to me I find that shocking and and and really disturbing that you know that

McCoy is a play away from being out of the game that you don't have a better plan for your backup quarterback to me that's just a lack of preparedness from a coaching staff and I just don't know what to do with this I I really don't like I know Mark Sanchez has only been there a couple weeks but if he's your number two quarterback you have to have something on your play sheet that allows him to be able to halfway function and run this offense and we saw after Copa Corey went down outside of a hand off the agent Peterson that went for 90 yards in a score

they couldn't do anything on offer. Yeah no it's it's gonna be a challenge for them look this is not a great division the Cowboys are in pretty good spot here when you look at the addition that they made with the Mari Cooper and some of the health that they have now when you compare it to these other teams in the division they're in they're in a pretty good spot but they're gonna have a tough one against Eagles this next week I think if they both bring their A game I think right now the Cowboys might have a better A game but you got to show up the Eagles defensive line can get after you and they can turn you over and they are playing with the

playing well up front on that side of the ball so we'll see what happens in that huge game the next week could go a long way and deciding that division all right we've got some some coaching news I want to get to and some college football I want to discuss but before we do that I think you're going to enjoy this conversation.

All's been good DJ I'm you know I get to do the Sunday night games for Westwood one so I stay in touch with the NFL game and you know like Bucky and like you we're trying to keep pace for draft prep also so I'm pretty excited about the defensive line class by the way it's through their playmakers a defensive tackle defensive ends but that's not why you called the day DJ.

No I trust me I could do that all day long I'm I was just telling Bucky before we started once that calendar flips December I have a mile panic attack Mike and you can appreciate it more than anybody because you're like oh oh I gotta get going we got a little bit of a start on this thing but we got a lot a lot of work to do I want to hit you first though Mike before we jump into the players and talk about what we're seeing on the NFL field and some of these college kids it's kind of coaching season already with the with the firing of of Mike McCarthy and this time in your turn.
