Today I'm going to be talking to US financial planner called Carl Richards, specifically about his new book called The One Page Financial Plan.

You know, I'm always banging on about planning here on the

podcast. It's my raison d'etre in many ways. Carl's book distills the idea of financial planning

down to the basics, and he has a real knack of explaining financial planning, and particularly

behavioral finance concepts in an easy to understand way through a series of sketches that he

draws, a couple of those sketches on the website.

And they're peppered throughout the book and also on his website, which is at behaviorgap.com.

Behavior, though, spelled the American way with no you in it.

So anyway, stay tuned for my chat with Carl.

I enjoyed chatting to him very much. He's quite a character.
