Welcome to the Bronx Pinstripe Show.

Last time we talked, I believe, was like 12 hours before the lockout was official.

So it's had time to settle.

Not that I don't even know if it was a surprise, Scott.

Like we kind of, it was not a surprise to anybody on the planet.

And if it feels like there's been a lockout ongoing for 12 months, that's because

it kind of has, ever since COVID shut down the league, they kind of got a jump on the

CBA negotiations.

Both sides use that as an opportunity to start their bickering back and forth on

what they knew was going to be a long negotiation period and most likely leading to a lockout

this December.

They started it last May when the league shut down.

And so it feels like we've been doing this for over a year.

It's because we kind of have.

It's kind of have,

but obviously came to the fruition last week with the actual lockout. The no more acknowledging the players, the fact that they took all of the, and I understand they can't use their likeness at

this point because they're not able to do it, but they put the, you know, the standard, like, avatar image up for a baseball player on all of there. Everybody is Barry Bonds and MLB the show or an MLB when I used to play video games. MLB. Right. The nondescript. It was a MVP baseball where it was just like a left-handed guy who had 100 power against everything.

Yeah, that's Barry Bonds.
