Okay, we are live. Hi, this is William Ramsey. Welcome to William Ramsey Investigates on today's show. I have a returning guest, a very special guest. Her name is Jo Ann, John Patty Munisterry, last name is spelled, M-U-N-I-S-T-E-R-I. And we spoke earlier this year, April 2025, about about her book Traveler Between Worlds,

but that wasn't our first conversation. We spoke back in 2021 during COVID about her other book,

Traveling Off the X, and she's kind of an international traveler. She's been all over the world.

Those books reflect that that and in our last

conversation in April 2025 she briefly said that she had been involved when she was at

Georgetown right this kind of a talent spotting place for people in international affairs

that she had been exposed to some mind control techniques to

generally say mind control in environment and so it caught my eye I've been doing a lot of research

on it on my own kind of from a more cultural perspective which is really a part of it but some research, and then I said, oh, I should reach back out to Joe and see if she's available.

So I'm really delighted and glad to have her back.

And she also has a substack that is covering other, like there's so much going on in the world outside of even research.

But her substack is covering international

affairs or geopolitics, and she just wrote an article about Armenian, Azerbaijan, which is in the

news. It's really in the Caucasus, and I can bring up a map later, but it's this kind of almost a focal

point where so many of these countries, nations, civilizations are together,

which the U.S. is involved in.

They just signed a 99-year lease, which I think is making people in that region a little nervous

and concerned, but we can talk more about that.

But our introduction, our intro kind of subject matter, is her experiences at Georgetown, which a lot of people may not

see as kind of this epicenter of some of these things that happened, this kind of research

that happened during the Cold War, but you can talk more about that. So Joe, Patty, Ministeri,
