As always, I am your good friend and host Steve Robertson here on the hump day edition of the yard.

Hope things are well with you wherever you are today.

One day closer to college football season, one day closer to the weekend.

Very, very happy to be with you today.

We have had some, I don't know, you know, it's one of the things you can never say it's unseasonably

warm because it is almost like absolute haydeeds out here at times in in Mississippi but it has

been extremely warm and so as a result the Mississippi State coaching staff has made a decision

because of the the heat index this week.

On Monday, they went indoors, and then on Tuesday they went indoors.

Now, the media, we were able to observe practice, a portion of practice on Tuesday.

Monday, we were not.

We'll see what happens today.

It is a little cooler in Starkville this morning.

So we'll see how things develop up the course of the day's time you know we have we do our best to

get in there and check things out every chance we get matter of fact we have been

there every practice I've been every practice so far this year they've made

open that won't always be the case but anytime that we get a chance to go and observe and there's some things I want to get into today, some things we picked up yesterday during practice as well as our media session yesterday.

And one of those being about a player that wasn't in practice, and it's one of the things that I do when I watch the the personnel groups I got some video of the receivers

yesterday because that that appears to be a topic of conversation once again and I want to

get into some of that today too there's a lot there's a lot to talk about today so it's

probably a good day to tune in fair enough what I thank our good friends at Campus Book Mart, Stan Ray, Miss Kathy
